There are no offer rates from 22 September to 7 October 2012 because of Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest (Octoberfest) will start on Saturday, 22. September 2012 noontime
and ends on Sunday night, 7 October 2012 at 23:30 hrs.

Oktoberfest is very close to Hotel Uhland. To reach the Oktoberfest you pass 2 houses, cross over 1 street (Bavaria ring) and  there you are.  No entrance fee. Although we are so near to the festival, you will be surprised on how quiet your stay at hotel Uhland will be.
We take hundred percent guaranteed reservations for the Oktoberfest or big fairs, only. Therefore full prepayment will be appreciated (bank draft, cashiers check in EURO). We can not accept personal checks or credit card numbers as a hundred percent guarantee. With this procedure we do not need to overbook to get a full occupancy.
For the weekends of the Oktoberfest (Friday and Saturday) we offer rooms for a minimum stay of 3 nights only (including Sunday night, if the rooms are still available). If the room is only available for one night, you can certainly book it for this single night. Click here to check for available rooms. Please ask us about our family rooms.
With FedEx it takes about two work days to receive the check from USA. 
When you have to cancel your reservation you get your money back, when we were able to sell the room(s) again, minus our service charge of EURO 25,--. Otherwise you loose 80% of your payment. Be sure we try our best.

Unfortunately, there is no way for us, to reserve seats or tables for you in the Oktoberfest beer tents. Please send your reservation requests directly to the employees of the beer tents.
